LANDLORD FEES.
We offer three different options for Landlords and can tailor our service to best suit your requirements. Please see below the standard options we offer:
Let Only/Tenant Find - 75% of the first month’s rent.
This service is inclusive of marketing and viewings, referencing and checks on all people living in the property, lodging the deposit with the DPS, check in, and check out and deposit release at the end of the tenancy.
Fully Managed - 50% of the first month’s rent followed by 7% of the monthly rent.
This service is inclusive of, marketing and viewings, referencing and checks on all people living in the property, lodging the deposit with the DPS, check in, and check out and deposit release at the end of the tenancy, dealing with day to day maintenance issues, receiving the rent from the tenant and forwarding to your bank account.
Letting and Rent Collect Only - £25 per month
Offering services as Let Only above.
With all of the above options we also will have an Inventory completed. This will be done by an external party and is priced individually on the size of the property and the specific requirements.
